The hands-on workshops were great – very interactive with lots of realistic resources. They learnt a lot about healthy eating and the importance of drinking water and keeping fit for life. WHAT DID THE PUPILS ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE DAY? Everything. They learnt about the importance of exercise, how to visualise a healthy diet/dangers of excessive fat and salt. All activities were well differentiated and age appropriate. Thank you for a well planned day which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Educational and fun. Where does A-life operate?
A-life is based in Hertfordshire and we have so far concentrated on providing our services to a number of LEAs within a 200mile radius.
